Kareena Kapoor Post Pregnancy Intense Workout : Post Pregnancy weight is very common issue in women’s, same happen with Bollywood Actress Kareena Kappor. After giving birth to her and Saif Ali Khan’s first child, Taimur’s mother gained lots of weight. But soon after she hit the gym, you will be surprised when we tell you that she is hitting gym 10 hours a day. Ya you got it right, 10 hours a day because Kareena is playing two roles in Veere Di Wedding.
According to the sources report the 37-year old actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan working out at the gym regularly over the last one week. A special pilates machine has been set up for her in hotel where the cast is put up on which she work out an hour a day during shooting.
Movie Veere Di Wedding also stars Sonam Kapoor, Shikha Talsania, Swara Bhaskar and Sumeet Vyas. It will be first film for Kareena post pregnancy. According to sources we got to know that there have been days when she has been on 14 hours and followed t up with few hours of intense workout in the night. Even on the day off she didn’t forget to sweats it out at the gym and also following strict and high-nutrition diet for weight lose.
